Where are Samco silicone hoses made?
They are all made in the UK in South Wales, in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Pontyclun. The raw silicone itself is made from European sourced materials.
Are all silicone hoses the same?
Not all silicone hoses are the same. Some hoses just offer a cosmetic finish to engine bays but often fail once put under pressure. Samco Sport are the tried, tested, and trusted brand and offer a lifetime guarantee. Samco hoses won’t fail.
Samco hoses seem to be the most expensive on the market. Is this correct and if so why?
They are simply the best. The time and care taken with research and development plus the manufacturing of these kits, by hand, makes them great value.
Is it worth replacing original equipment hoses with Samco silicone hoses given the extra cost?
In our opinion it certainly is. Failure of original equipment hoses is a major reason for engine failure. This is not only distressing but can be extremely expensive and inconvenient. Samco hoses, fitted correctly, are a fit and forget solution.
How long have Samco been manufacturing silicone hoses?
Samco have manufactured them for over 26 years. The company is still thriving and working hard to keep extending their range of kits and continue with their direct involvement in motorsport.
Why is delivery so long? 5 weeks seems a long time to wait?
As with most products with such a diverse range in terms of the vehicles they are offered for and colour and finish it is impossible to stock them economically. In addition, these are handmade and take a substantial amount of time to manufacture. Beware any brands that say they can deliver quickly. They either cut corners or don’t sell many!
Can I get the hoses made quicker even if it costs more?
We can’t manufacture them faster I am afraid, but we will do our best to improve on the estimated delivery time if we possibly can. We do send them on a next day carrier, free of charge, when they are ready to be shipped.
Should I order the Samco Hoses I want as early as possible?
Yes. It is a good idea to order early. If you are in the process of a rebuild or other major works on your engine, please order your hoses as soon as possible. Another job out of the way and your hoses will be with you ready for installation.
Should I use Samco hose clips when installing?
There is no reason not to. Please order using the dropdown above to ensure you have everything ready when it is time to install.
Can you deliver the kits overseas?

Can I order the hoses without the Samco Logos on each hose?
