Zunsport Grilles help protect vulnerable components such as radiators, intercoolers and air-conditioning condensers from stones, leaves and other road debris. Zunsport Grilles are designed specifically for each vehicle to balance effective protection with the airflow required for cooling. Although any mesh placed in front of an air intake will affect airflow slightly, a correctly fitted, vehicle-specific Zunsport Grille should not materially compromise cooling during normal road use.

Zunsport Grilles are manufactured in the UK from high-quality 316L stainless steel. This material offers excellent strength, durability and resistance to corrosion, making it well suited to the demanding conditions at the front of a vehicle.

Most Zunsport Grilles are available in either polished stainless steel or black. The stainless-steel version is electro-polished to produce a bright, durable finish, while the black version has a tough black polymer coating.
