Feel free to contact any of our franchised outlets to place your order. Contact them by phone or simply visit. Most stores have full fitting facilities and will therefore be able to take your order and quote for fitting when your items are delivered. Click here to find the outlet nearest to you.
Order Confirmation Via Email
Whichever way you order we will send an order confirmation and invoice with every order placed. You will receive this within 1 working day after ordering. It will contain the initial estimated delivery time. Please check the details and take note of the order tracking reference number. This can be used when contacting us to find out information on the progress of your order and delivery dates.
Delivery times will vary depending on the product. Many products are available with delivery within just a few days whereas other products are tailor-made to order and can take several weeks. All products show an estimated delivery time, if you need further details please contact us before purchase and we can provide you with a more specific date.
Any delivery time or date given by Carnoisseur is an estimate only and not a term of the contract. Carnoisseur shall not be liable for any loss or damage in respect of any delay in the delivery. If at the time of order the Goods are not immediately available for delivery Carnoisseur shall deliver the goods when they become available, unless otherwise requested in writing by the customer at the time of order.
