Zunsport stainless steel grilles combine discreet styling with valuable protection for your vehicle. Tailored to each application, they help prevent stones, leaves and other road debris from reaching vulnerable radiators, intercoolers and heat exchangers, while maintaining the airflow needed for effective cooling.
Most grilles can be fitted without removing or modifying the vehicle’s original components and come with clear fitting instructions, which you can view below.

Fitting Instructions
All Zunsport Grilles can be easily fitted, usually in under an hour. Once in place, Zunsport Grilles will fit precisely to the contours of your vehicle, and will be safe and secure.

Finishes
Zunsport Grilles are manufactured from high-quality 316L stainless steel and are available in either a polished stainless-steel or black finish.
The polished grilles are electro-polished rather than coated, producing a bright, durable finish that will not flake, chip or corrode. They require very little maintenance and can simply be cleaned whenever you wash your vehicle.
Black grilles are manufactured to the same specification before being finished with a durable black polymer coating. If the coating is struck by road debris, it is designed to shrink back around the metal. Because the grille underneath is stainless steel, there is no rust staining or “bleed”, helping the grille retain its smart black appearance.
*This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, ensuring that your Zunsport product will continue to perform as intended. The warranty applies for the lifetime of the original purchaser and covers the product while it is installed in the original vehicle it was purchased for.
In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect occurs, Zunsport will repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of their warranty.
