Manufactured to TUV standards in Sweden, Jetex exhausts are made to the most precise specifications. Absorption Designed
Effective sound control is a key element of any high-quality exhaust system. Many factory exhausts rely on internal baffles that restrict exhaust gases to reduce noise - but this restriction also increases back pressure and limits performance.
Jetex exhaust systems use an advanced absorption-based silencer design instead. A perforated central tube allows gases to flow freely, while sound is absorbed by specialist packing material surrounding the core. The result is reduced back pressure, improved exhaust flow and enhanced engine efficiency, helping to unlock increased torque and sharper throttle response.

Precision Mandrel-Bent Pipework
Maintaining smooth, unrestricted gas flow throughout the exhaust is essential for consistent performance. Wherever possible, Jetex exhaust tubing is mandrel bent rather than cut and welded.
Mandrel bending preserves the internal pipe diameter through each curve, preventing the narrowing that can occur with traditional bending methods. This ensures exhaust gases exit the system efficiently, reducing pressure; improving flow characteristics; and optimising engine performance.
High-Quality Stainless Steel Tailpipes
All Jetex tailpipes are manufactured from polished T304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life.
Each tailpipe design is carefully selected to suit the vehicle. Most feature a rolled-in edge, creating a clean, understated finish that enhances your car's appearance.
Complete Fitting Kit Included
Every Jetex exhaust system supplied by Carnoisseur includes a vehicle-specific fitting kit to ensure correct installation.
As a minimum, this will include the required exhaust clamps. Depending on the application, kits may also feature stepped adaptors for original pipework, rubber mounting bushes and additional hangers, allowing the system to integrate correctly with factory mounting points.
